Learning can be a very personal journey. But there can also be a lot of value to both you and others in sharing what you have learned. What’s new to you may well be new to others - It’s tempting to think that nobody’s interested in what you’re learning. But that is to undervalue yourself and your learning journey. What is new to you may well be new to others.
I love the reference to content curation as key component for the sharing attitude! Never thought about it in this way, but the skill of "pulling together the key resources and ideas on a certain topic in order to tell your audience what they really need to know, and giving them the essence of the subject in a few short pieces" seems a very valuable approach these days! I would love to have a content curator on a list of topics.
